PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING THE FOLLOWING
ITEMS FOR YOUR PET'S STAY WITH US! |

| PROOF OF VACCINATIONS AND LICENSES
- Please bring a written veterinary record of your pet's current vaccines. (Please be certain that
Bordetella is up to date, as that vaccine is not always given at yearly vet visits.) |
All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper (DHLPP or DHLPPC),
and Bordetella vaccines and must be licensed.

All cats must be current on Rabies, Distemper (FVRCP), and Feline
Leukemia vaccines (or test negative for Feline Leukemia if an indoor cat) and test FIV negative.
All vaccines and boosters must be given at least 7 days before your pet's stay with us. Animals
that are not current on any required vaccine or have been given a booster less than 7 days prior to check-in
will not be accepted for boarding! This ensures that the vaccines have adequate time to work into your pet's
system, and also helps limit the chance of your dog being exposed to an illness at the vet's, and then
carrying it into the kennel. For the same reason, we ask that you limit your dog's exposure to other dogs
(at play groups, dog parks, etc.) for two weeks prior to his stay with us.

| FOOD
- We highly recommend bringing your pet's own food. We do not charge extra for feeding your pet's own diet,
as we feel it is best for their health to not switch foods, though we will happily feed either of our house
foods (Fromm or Beneful) if you wish. Please bring more than you think your pet will need, in case of
spillage or a change in your travel plans. Also, you're welcome to bring any special treats or mix-ins!
|

| MEDICATIONS & SUPPLEMENTS
- We are happy to administer meds and supplements at no extra charge, though we reserve the right to add
a surcharge in some cases for insulin dependent pets or pets with multiple types of medications. Please
bring all medications in the original packaging, and please bring enough for several extra days in case
your travel plans change. |

| BEDDING & TOYS
- We have plenty of fleecy mats and bedding for the pets that stay with us, or you're welcome to bring something
familiar from home if you'd like. All bedding must be machine washable and of a reasonable size (no king-sized
comforters, please!) Washable synthetic toys such as Nylabones, Kongs, washable plush toys or squeaky toys are
welcome, but please, no rawhides, pigs' ears, natural bones, etc. Please mark all of your pet's belongings with
permanent marker. |
